Time to change your number.
I received a call from someone identifying themselves as a us Marshall. He demanded that I Google the number. It came up as us Marshall western ky. He said that I had messaged an underage girl. And her parents wanted me prosecuted. He said that I wouldn't be prosecuted if I told him what site I found her number on. So they could shut it down. Also I had to do a phone interview with a psychologist to determine if I was a pedophile. And at the parents demand I had to pay a fine of $1900 immediately. He never called me by name and us Marshal's don't ask for fines. I hung up. But it was scary for a minute.
Yeah. Another reason to use a burner phone, and ONLY use it for the hobby. I'm betting that you replied to an ad in the past, and your number was added to a list to try to scam. I am sure that they will try other scare tactics in the future.
Googling the number does you no good in reality, as you can trick caller ID to display another number or name. One of the most common ways to spoof caller ID is by using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service and a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) communications system software, like Asterisk. VoIP is a phone service over the internet. Pay the VoIP with a re-loadable credit card, find an open network, and they can be a new nearly untraceable phone number anytime they wish. I would suggest you get rid of the number you have to avoid future hassles.
As for LEO or any cousins they would come knocking without calling first.
Just some thoughts. Be safe.
