The first time is when she left me hanging for an hour and twenty minutes (see my post 23792). The second time I cut her slack was when I booked a third appointment, after she had caused the second appointment to start 30 minutes late. That's white knighting. And yes, that includes trying to come up with excuses for bad etiquette.
