First let me say that there was a lot of LE out on Easter Sunday. I believe there was some sort of low rider event in the area. Not worth it right now
Decided to see what is up on HB after a long absence. I got to HB around 2:45 a. M. Cruised up and down a couple times and have never seen Harbor so dead. Not sure if it was the day of the week, the rain, or LE. First one I saw was what I thought was an asian lady standing in the MCD's lot holding an umbrella. I watched her and as much as I assumed she was working just based on where she was but she seemed to ignore the cars watching her and eventually just started walking into the neigborhood down McFadden and never returned.
