At 10:45 am Wed, 6 Tampa cops near Bella's room. I did a you turn to look some more and I saw Bella walking south of their talking away with people. I hope my picture loaded!

But yea the candy is taking a toll in face on terms of looking gaunt, and attitude and behavior. We are having issues currently but hope she makes it right as she has reliably in the past. Spoke to her (no date) yesterday and she was tweaking really really bad.
