I know overseas it's really useful. Most are declared Putas and friends with other Putas so you can cycle a few of their friends list.
In Baltimore I have found multiple on FB but they have either gotten clean, no longer live in the area, forgot their FB / IG PW or have passed on to make it worth the trouble.
