You guys actually got the attention of these orgs because I booked the other day and they specifically stated no cancellations for pre booking. Never seen that message before when booking and I haven't ever canceled prior. It's a non issue for me since I plan to go but interesting to see.

I always thought internet boards in general are only a small vocal population and whatever is said here are just some of us voicing out our opinions. I usually just post to ask information or mostly to vent out my frustrations.
