Both require you to pass through the main lobby of the hotel and it's always super busy so you will get noticed. Not sure if you can change your reservations but there is another Hilton Grand Vacation on Karen St. right next to the Westgate, just on the other side of the strip. Rooms are pretty much the same but this hotel is smaller, parking is much easier, it shares the parking structure with the Westgate but unless there is a huge convention going on, nobody parks on the Hilton side of the lot. Only staff you will see at night is the front desk people, maybe 1 guard floating around but no big deal. You can easily enter and exit that hotel discretely from the parking lot side, avoiding the front desk. I brought lots of girls back there with no issues and nobody saw us. You can walk to the Westgate but you are limited to what's in that hotel, otherwise you will need to convince a CG to come back to your hotel with you, shouldn't be a problem.
