Sort of going off-topic for the forum here, but I have a friend who is from Colombia and he's really struggling here in Seattle area, barely getting by. However, he just bought a brand new townhouse which is under construction in city center Medellin. He showed me the plans and it's going to be really nice. Took my first cruise down AA in a long time a few nights ago. Scene doesn't seem to have changed much. Around 15 girls total, 3 cops stationed across from the motels between Peutz and Krispy Kreme, but I didn't see them budge from there.

Can't say that I have, but I will say that the sweet spot for me seemed to be around 2018 to 2019.
