Been driving around for the past 5 days and no matter the time of day, there are a bunch if guys driving around looking for girls. You know who they are. Easy to spot so any girl if at all there are out there is getting picked up AND due to so many guys doing laps, I've notice a rise in those certain black and white cars you don't want to see there.

I don't know what has brought so many guys there.

And today around noon there were some streets getting construction and the Popo driving slowly on Agatha st. I mean there was a dude that fell on his head. Druggie. And he had blood. Had two other guys helping him but the popo didn't even stop to see what happened. They just kept looking for cars driving "suspiciously". So I got myself out of there.

I've seen them do a couple stakeouts over the years with a decoy standing on a corner on 7th. I almost got caught in one many years ago. I checked out the decoy but didn't talk to her. I turned the corner and a black / white was backed up in one of the driveways, at an angle, facing 7th. When I passed them they turned on their car and I sped up knowing what was up. They took to much time doing a three point turn to catch me. By then I was turning the last corner, at the end of the block and then I boned out of dodge cutting through different side streets. That was a little wild. LOL I went to get something to eat and then home.
