If you think the YMMV factor is a thing with TNA providers, its huge on SA.

Individual success stories are going to vary a lot, anecdotal experiences on SA are not as helpful as the context can change everything.

On SA your social skills and looks weight a lot more than in TNA. Plus as you said, it depends a lot of what are you looking for.

Your success rate and overall experience with young hotties under 23 is going to be very different than if you are looking for MILFs in the late 20's, late 30's range.

The only way to really know is by trying. I used to be a high profile hobbyist at TNA, I joined SA around 1.5 years ago and I never went back. as I am having a blast ;)

My main advise, do not give up right away, tune your message, write a first profile, contact a few hotties, see how it works, then rewrite it, and repeat. Take notice of what works and what does not and with whom

I was quoted 500 too 800 ppm by a 25 year old today. Said she has done 300 to 400 when she was in college but not now.

And I am like I already have summertime who does 200 ppm. Damn some people have no sense of reality.

Talk to woman like human beings and for the most part, when they see you're a normal guy who isn't going to cause trouble they'll usually trust you right away. Everytime I've gone into it that's usually how it goes and I'm just an average looking guy. Go in with the right mindset and people will likely succeed. Just like in real life once you meet them, you'll be able to see who's trouble and who's a normal girl. Think with the big brain and not the small one LOL.

I actually really like the SA experience as for some reason, I get way harder over nailing a girl who is simply excited that I paid for dinner and helped her with her cell phone bill. However, I can see how the social part can be a bit exhausting to some guys. There's some real flirting and verbal seduction involved. It's not as straightforward as TNA or STG, but I truly believe it's better. That said, there are a lot of scammers on that site. Apparently, there are even more male scammers than female ones.

I am not sure if the Covid 19 is taking the wind out of my sails. I use to get 3 to 5 messages and likes per day when I wasn't a premium member. Now I hardly get any likes or for that matter views. I have started conversations with a few. They said they are hanging loose until the Covid 19 goes away.

Talk to woman like human beings is I think the key. I am still learning when to bring up the subject of intimacy.

What a great time to start.[/QUOTE]One good tactic that I and some others employ, is to only sub for a month, get a couple of meets (hopefully with one or two regulars / long-terms) and then unsub until needed again. I typically get blown up when I'm active, but it is quite a bit of effort parsing everything down into sane ones that are worth the time repeating with.

Don't go into it with high expectations, but there are some out there that just want you to pay a cell phone bill and take the to dinner every once in a while or maybe pay for groceries. I've had 3 in my 2 years on the site, so it's not super common, but it can happen. The one I'm currently seeing actually has never asked anything monetary. We went out to eat on first meeting, then went and got a room. We've seen each other 3 times since and she has never asked for a dime. This will probably be the only one I ever find like this, so definitely hanging on.

I find that most on SA don't like to think of themselves as trading money for sex, and it helps if they think the male feels the same. Some treat it like being a provider on STG, but to others, being a human pays dividends.

So if you are not clear from the beginning you are going to waste a lot of time weeding out the ones with platonic only and online only intentions.

Writing down clearly on your profile that you expect intimacy would make things a lot more efficient, problem is how to do it without offending them.

That's why I said that you need to tune and hone your message.

My first profile was way too direct and straightforward that I got a few angry messages back telling me that I was disgusting, etc. So I change it, until I got to the point where they praise that I am so straightforward without being crass.

In general SA takes a lot more work, and its worth it if you are going to see a SB for a while.

And be patient and polite, my best SB started not wanting to host, condoms only and no greek. Now we do ATM, no rubbers, at her place for several hours for 2/3 of the original arrangement.

I said I was looking for "casual fwb / nsa", "mutually beneficial", and "non-monogamous" arrangements. Never had a nasty message about my profile. Certainly got a few when they realized I was not going to meet their GPS needs.

I am picky to and descriptive about what I want. Had a few ladies flip out. But I have always responded politely and always giving them the benefit. But still holding my own needs first. Kind, polite but firm seems to either get you what you want. At the very least the ones that it does not work work, leave the conversation knowing that there are different kinds of people with different needs. No hard feelings. My profile also is very short. But straight to the point about what I expect from a meet.
