Part of the problem is the chaos that has existed in the business for the past year. This chaos has caused more cancellations than ever before. You've got to look at it this way, if you make an appointment in just about any business there is a 24 or 48 window for cancellation. Anything less than that there is a cancellation fee. If you cancel an hour or so before your appointment you leave the provider and the org without a client for that time and are costing them a total of around $300. So we have a choice. Treat it as you would any business and don't cancel or if you must just understand the cost of that cancellation, that being the hourly fee or access to that org and possibly others as well. If we want to play we got to pay.
To be more clear, it wasn't even a last-minute cancel. It was well ahead of scheduled time, I am talking like about 4 hours ahead of time.

Cancellation
Just text them. Saki has 11 pm and Cutie 10 pm. Sounds legit. I doubt they would lie to me about open times.
I doubt they will miss you and if I were you I would do anything to correct that bro. They are supposed to get someone real popular back soon this year I hear. It's like being banned at LSC in SJ, you'll regret it for a while. They're the org that disappoints the least today. M lost their mojo when PKL and Angela groups broke apart and started with Ara and Hana. Nicole isn't really M being back. You can book Dana and Nicole at SFK even if M wasn't booking. I'm waiting for M to come back to her old days. Real sad to see them struggle. The texts do not even sound like Michelle anymore. Covid killed off too many good things.
Same thing happened to me two weeks ago. I made an appointment and within 40 minutes got a call that force to me cancel an appointment for the next day. I was told that no more prebooking for me when I never have cancelled on them. So I quickly jumped on SA paid for my subscription and found a Latina 22 y / o baby that needed company. Met her a couple days later and we hit it off. Point of my story is, I will never beg anyone to take my business. There's always options out there.

Really??
To be more clear, it wasn't even a last-minute cancel. It was well ahead of scheduled time, I am talking like about 4 hours ahead of time.
So what if I texted an hour after you booked and I wanted your same slot. Later on you decided to cancel a time I wanted earlier. The girl now lost all potential customers for that time. I mean really. LOL. This is common sense. How can you blame the girl and the org for not being pissed.
This is simple folks. If you can't make your appointment then why are you booking. Why are we even discussing this? I text and I book. Simple. I have never canceled a booking because I don't book time that I can't make. I rarely prebook because my schedule is crazy. If I am I'm free and clear, then I book.

Those who have the privilege of prebooking shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. Many agencies will only take same day bookings.

A while ago I had to cancel with a booker because I had a serious personal issue come up. I felt bad about it but told the booker 2 hours before my appointment. The booker got upset and asked for some personal info detailing more why I couldn't make it. I told them I didn't feel comfortable and honestly it was my personal info. I never heard back.
I get it that its a business but sometimes things come up.

Cancelation
I've canceled a few times.
I've always given an explanation and never was asked to pay.
Reasons I've cancelled.
Lost it at the casino can't get more cash till tomorrow.
(The booker understood because he's also a degenerate LOL).
A better girl came up.
I was detained by the cops in front of 2 pop once. (He barely let me back in unfortunately Alice is gone. She was amazing).
Bottom line things happen. I spend a lot with the orgs. I always pay extra (if the service is amazing), I leave weed for the booker.
So the ones that are about the business will understand its just part of day to day operations. Things happen.
P.S. I saw no flowers this weekend LOL.

It seems one-sided and deterring when they get to charge cancellation fees for mongers cancelling, but also have the ability to flake out on the mongers consequence free when the bookers screw up. I get the rationale behind the cancellation fees and I'm sure plenty of mongers have been shitty towards them about it, but they should acknowledge their faults as well and come up with a system that feels somewhat fair for both sides. If a booker offers discounts for their f up, I'm sure mongers would feel more willing to pay for their cancellation as well. Otherwise they're just going to fall into a cycle of losing businesses, which only amplifies the loss from that cancellation in the first place.
At the end of the day though, none of these bookers are actual business professionals. They're just retired provider turned mama-sans that probably never had any other opportunities outside of providing as they got too old to provide. I doubt any of them are actually educated about business practices. I'm usually very careful with my booking and try to minimize any interactions with the people on the other side of the phone screen because they're generally very unpleasant, overly dramatic, and unreasonable human beings that I want no part of.

Similar experience
Yep, total bs.
I cancelled one an appointment about 3 hour before the actual appointment because of an urgent situation. Booker didn't ask for personal info but told me I was banned and said some snarky remark.

Banned
On the topic of getting banned. Do we get unbanned? If yes, for how long are we banned before letting is book again?
-
Yep, total bs.
Two hours just won't cut it. It's business. Yes you can cancel but you have to understand that it takes money out of the hands of the business. BS is for Business Sense.

Cancellation fee is penny wise, pound foolish.
Unless you're a repeat offender, cancellation or blacklist is a stupid policy.

Cancellation Drama
I think cancellation within 24 hours should be allowed without any penalty for both sides. I had an appointment in MW and drove all the way to get there and I was told that water heater is broken and the girl can't see me. I fricking confirmed at 8:30 AM that day and my appointment was at 11:00 AM and same booker lost her shit with me after I cancelled on her with more than 24 hours notice. How many times have I visited that booker ladies? In the past 6 months, I have visited eleven times and I had two cancellations and both were with more than 24 hours notice.
Some Bookers are pissy these days because their business is slow. If they had guys lined up, they would not give a shit if you cancel at last minute.
