She violated her probation terms and they are about to resentence her on these charges. But I'm no legal expert but when I read her case file that's how I interpreted. Either way I think she is going to be a guest of the government for some time.

She never stole from me but we all know what motivated her, I don't think anyone should be incarcerated for mutual consenting services. As far as drugs are concerned they can influence someone to do things they wouldn't normally do, hence incarceration that includes rehabilitation is a positive thing, I know, 25 years ago it did for me.
