Here in the States, going to the local pharmacy for any of the 'dietary supplements' will set you back somewhere between $ and $$. That's a good-sized bite out of the 'fun budget', thus the suggestion that people look into off-shore alternatives. I tried a small sample from one of the off-shore suppliers several years ago as a 'performance enhancer', and it worked fine. As some have commented, though, I ran into trouble finishing and gave it up after a couple of frustrating tries.
