VAC pretty much just verified my number with the LA agency and I was good to go. It helps that I have good rapport with the LA agency and use them quite a bit and gave them a heads up and asked if they could vouch for me for an out of town agency.

Ah, gotcha. BBFS is definitely not required with the girls. The standard 320 hourly rate (apparently VAC is trying 340 as the hourly rate) is for CFS, one pop. The girls are totally fine with covered service if that's all you want to do.
