- Centrally located. From 95 you can get there from the north and south. Example: someone in the north would rarely go see someone in the south and vice versa. However both can easily get to Waltham.

I agree, the fact that lots of these BP ads for most of the chicks are fake and really, really, bad. It's only really worth it for those who find diamonds in the rough and then hold onto them.
