I think this will be my first contribution as a member after being here for a couple of years. I was in Atlanta area for a week and wanted to get a taste of the scene here.
Looked through the TER pages and found PD. I can post her name but unclear on the forum rule. You should be able to find her on TER, she has decent amount of reviews but is not a large volume turnover person and that was good with me. The gal he was supposed to meet asked him what type of car he was driving and also told him where to park. He gave them the wrong information and watched from a discrete location as they pulled over the wrong cars. It was really amusing to read, this was at least 10+ years ago.
It really all depends on what was agreed to via text. As long as you do not agree to exchange money for an explicit sexual action, law enforcement has no case. It's best to just say you want to come for a Qv, hh, or hr "incall", "date", "visit", or language along those lines. Everything else should be discussed in person. Upon arrival and before exchange, a dick touch or boob touch should always be done, if she's not willing, she's probably law enforcement.
Additionally, law enforcement in an affluent community like Alpharetta may still charge for a bogus soliciting charge during a sting operation even if you've followed all precautions and there's no evidence that could lead to a conviction in court. They know the charges won't stick but their main goal is to publicly shame you in the media, make you lose your job and family, etc. In hopes that you will never consider Alpharetta again as a place where you can monger.

Then most important, have them apply to have it expunged. This way it will not show up on any record search. Unfortunately, this is going to cost you, but it's the best way to cover it up.

They've been doing this across the state for the past couple of months, including bait and switch with minors. They know the lingo, they know to post daily on stg, etc. They even have a staged chick who can speak with you if not be onsite. Of course they are here reading this site. The typical tell tale signs I can find is they won't post or send nudes, just suggestive stuff and they try to lock you into a dollar figure, some explicit act and an understanding that you're coming for said services. I'm not confident that some lingo about time or donation is gonna fly as it'll fall into some sort of it's going to be understood or should be understood what you're visiting for. Like don't even count out the $ separately and put it in your pocket or anything. The Feds will still see it if they are doing a background investigation. I can't tell you how many times when I was an Army Recruiter I would Mom & Dad that I didn't care what any judge said about it being expunged, wiped, clean, etc. We will find it! For example, if a person agreed to a dollar figure and 30 min hhr incall. There is nothing that could convict you in a court law. An easy defense in court is just saying that you were coming for a massage, with no sexual intent. Massage's are legal whether at a parlor or hotel room or your home. However, the problem again is just because you beat the charge doesn't mean the damage hasn't been done to your reputation and personal relationships. I agree, if you have something to lose I would stay faraway from this hobby and find regulars who are low profile and low risk factor. Ones that only have upscale clients, have a regular day job, don't do drugs and don't associate with pimps and handlers. Government agencies can still access it, but are not allowed to make it public. It's still better than being denied employment or credit application.

Returned from the Virgin cruise, Very relaxing, and a little lucky. I know of 2 people who both went with a "friend of a friend" who didn't specifically focus on their type of case and both of them got 2 x what other folks who did the same thing, but multiple times, received. Why, you ask? Because DAs know when the lawyer is not an expert in that type of case and they bring the hammer down hard to prop up their numbers (avg. Sentence length, etc.).
Find a lawyer, THEN ask them for a referral to someone who has experience in this type of work. THEN ask them for a history of the cases they've worked. If they hesitate, move the fuck on. The legal system is out to get you. Good luck.

I noticed more and more hotels in metro Atlanta is becoming less SW and escort friendly I remembered 5 months the Travel Lodge on old National had a major eviction thar took place and most of the old tenants were not allowed to stay again. Unfortunately hotels in Decatur are becoming like that too and they hire extremely aggressive Indian managers who are not guest friendly at all and they are serious getting these folks off their property.
Tried a couple of times and get the bad gateway notice.
