I see that you're visiting from Northern Va and yes, Raleigh doesn't have much when compared to your area to include the Capital. 90% Chinese AMP's here and for what you are looking for reference JJ's list ([URL]http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/showthread.php?13592-JJ-s-List[/URL]) and the places with an "E" rating, like (#18 and #50), will be the most accommodating. Almost all AMP's provide a hand job for (.4) and it's trial and error of finding that girl who will do it nice and slow to build up a good release. Most don't mind if you grab their butt, however UTC roaming well some don't like it while others expect a little more tip like (.5). The trick with AMP's is to find that girl who is sensual and does a HJ right where it almost feels like a BJ. For regular customers it's business as usual. I know that getting a NC massage license is the way to go but unfortunately that's not a option. I can give you an example but I can't put my girlfriend's name on a open forum. She worked at Studio then Holiday and recently at one of the closed stores. She's the one with the great hair. With all the closing's just wanted to mention about this place.
The owner is the only one running this store and she's on vacation out of the country for a little while. Walking out of this place I was lighter (in several ways) than ever before, but to me it was worth it. It was, by far, the best massage I've ever had, bar none. I was really concerned this trip was going to be a bust at first. I've read that getting in the door can be tricky, and when I pulled up I saw a guy awkwardly standing inside the outer door but not being let inside the inner door. He was probably in his 40's and he looked really uncomfortable pacing back and forth inside the waiting area. He finally gave up and left. Not good I thought. So I called them, and a lady answered. I asked if they were still open, she said yes and asked when I'd be by. I said about 10 minutes, she said "OK you been here before?" and I said "yes" - knowing full well how this dance goes.
I waited about 5 minutes (didn't want someone else to walk up and scoop me), went up, rang the bell, was let in after paying the standard door fee for this place. An older lady (probably a 5-6 in looks) walked me to a room. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and brightness of it all. I'm not sure what I expected 18 to look like, but this was not it. What happened next. Wow. The older lady managed to pop my back and my neck, multiple times. She walked on my back and REALLY got into my muscles. And I asked for medium pressure! Near the end she asked how much $ I wanted to tip, I told her an amount that was what I knew from these forums as being a really good (read: expected) tip at this place, and she said "ok, I get young girl. " She walked out and what walked in next was an 8-9 in looks. The rest. Well. Like I said, I'm lighter in multiple ways.
It absolutely sucks that this place is within reasonable striking distance of my house (no further than anywhere else on the list), checks ALL the boxes (and MORE), but is SO expensive, comparatively speaking to other AMPs. I think, at this point in my life however, I'm just going to scale back my sessions and "save up" for 18 exclusively.
This is a story from my past. It may or may not have some relevance to recent events locally, but it's an interesting story on its own so I thought it worth sharing.
Back in the late 1980's I lived in New Orleans. At the time, there were several AMPs along Hwy 90 in New Orleans East.
One evening, I visited one of my favorite AMPs and was greeted by a provider I had seen before, and who knew me well. I was in the habit of having the shower AFTER the massage, to get the oil off before I went home. The visit proceeded as normal up until the flip. She rubbed my chest and legs, and when I pointed at my dick, she raised a finger to her lips in a "shush" gesture. She began massaging my scalp, and leaned close to my ear and whispered "in shower. ".
When we got to the shower, she again leaned close and whispered "no cameras in here. " She mentioned that the police had been there during the previous week. Her English was limited, so I never did figure out if the police had installed the cameras, or if the owner had put them in to keep the girls from getting too enthusiastic in their attempts to increase their tips. I do know that the place closed for good a couple of months later.

It's possible anywhere if a store was targeted for a specific reason such as drugs or underage services or human trafficking. But just to catch a rub and tug operation while there are 2 or 3 more just down the road would be a loss for their bang for their buck. And it would be common sense if they are going through all this effort to put cameras in the massage room's why exclude the shower room? And of course they would have to do this with the cooperation of the owners and once the girls caught wind of these cameras they would be gone quicker than you could blink. Why would they stay? These girls like attention but they don't want to attract attention know what I mean. They like to operate UTR in plain sight. Us or them would be the same, cameras? I'm out of here! Interesting story though thanks for sharing proves it can happen.
Is anyone who has seen able to share the pricing, she seems a bit different than other providers I have seen but I am interested in trying her out. PM is fine.

No girl would stick around if she knew there were cams. I do always look for anything suspicious in the rooms, but I agree that the bang for the buck would be pretty low. I have to imagine that would be a pretty tough warrant to obtain saying they could film every customer.
