Did you ever have cuffs on? If you were arrested you would have been taken to 77th street, handcuffed in a squad car, where you would have been photographed and fingerprinted, then kept in a holding cell for some number of hours, before you were released with paperwork delineating your court date and the charges that you faced. Just the same, I would avoid Figueroa for the next few weeks if I were you.
