I've been getting a lot of PM from lurkers with ZERO postings requesting digits of the fine ladies of the Gem City. Come on guys you have got to be kidding me. Get off the couch and do something! Anything!

And before I begin, let me say that this is not ALL zero / low count people. I am speaking of those of a similar mindset to mine.
A lot of just don't know how to start as well as where and obviously who to start with. Its getting scary out there. (more and more reports both on here and in the news in general) of robberies, scams, murders, etc. Its the classic how to get the experience without the information, but how to get the information without the experience. I myself am very interested in quite a lot of this and we have the funds (within reason. I mean spending 2K on "fun" of this type will definitely get noticed if you have a SO (legal or otherwise).
This is even more difficult when you are a heavy traveler like me and don't really get to know the territory and have limited time to research.
Now this is not to excuse the lazy people that just don't read the boards. (get off your arse and read you lazy sods) , but for many. We come across tempting information, and the seniors have vetted quite a number, know how to read between the lines, or just simple word of PM mouth she's not one to play with.
Obviously the risk here is the bad guys (aka, the police) also monitor the boards (and anyone that doesn't think is deluding themselves) , but in most cases they already know who the providers are. And unless there is a big crackdown (political times of year, news is slow, etc.) in general focus on the ones that are of major concern to them (drugs, health hazards, robberies, murder, etc. Which in a strange sort of way, we do want. We want a better calculated risk.
In other-words, go easy on the newbies. They want to (I believe) want to become senior's at this game. But its not like you can go to the library or amazon to study up on the topic. The boards are helpful to learn. But as we can all agree, the academic world is very different from reality. If the newbie is asking for data that is well posted / documented, by all means shoot 'them down. But if they are asking for legitimate information on "Sally Jones" who's changed her name and stolen photos multiple times along with disposable numbers. Well. Only experience will pull the mask of that one.

I have only been on here say a year. I used Backpage etc to fill my needs. I happened to see a lady who mentioned this site and one of the members. I enrolled and posted my meetings on here, but more importantly for 4-5 months followed what was been posted and said by senior members. I then PM the person that was mentioned by the lady saying I had met this lady and you could check her for reference. I asked politely if he would provide info which he did. So my thoughts are be patient, polite and the rewards will come in time.

I would not take recommendations from anyone I did not know, even a senior. If your new, just hang around a while, you may get turned off to the whole game. Believe half of what you see and nothing about what you hear and you may do OK. Watch you back and verfiy your sources, I have scene good providers go sour in a heart beat (one day they rock your world the next day they leave you limp and a few dollars short). As they say YMMV.
