Nice work Sjman! Looks like a 10 on the SW scale to me.
Found Tara on a side street near the triangle late Friday early Saturday morning. She is as pretty as Pita! Not quite as friendly as Pita but very close. Great BBBJCIM and makes sure your dry as a bone!! Reasonable rates especially for a girl of her looks and talent! Would be at least a 10 spot more on the K.Have her digits and will share with anyone with Jessica's or any other quality "Hottie".
Are there any short stay places around GC & 130.If you o not want to post them please PM with the info. Looking for a place to stay when i hook up with someone.

After 15 years of mongering in Camden and Phila. I finally got stung last night by LE. No matter how careful you can be, there is always that time when you let your guard down a little. I was dropping off a date on a side street when LE shot past on Broadway out of nowhere and witnessed her getting out of the car. They pulled up the street and pulled me over. After checking my documents he gave me a ticket for MC 395-5 "Visiting a disorderly area for an unlawful purpose (prostitution)". I know this was brought up somewhere on here or the phila. board, but I can't find it. Has anyone else been charged with this. I know it is not a loitering or solicitation offense, but is it still a misdemeanor. Any help with info would be appreciated. It is difficult to find info online because it is a Camden municipal code and not statewide. I know what the code is, just not the specifics of the reprocussions. Thanks

Did the woman depart before being interviewed? Did the officer take a statement from the woman?
I assume Johnboy made a statement to the officer that constituted an admission.
Its part of the municipal code. There is a loitering in the municipal code and a loitering in the State code which has a similar description. The state code apparently has more weight. Get a lawyer. If she is a known SW, you may have a hard time but they can and will usually plead down to avoid the cost of a trial. Kind of depends which prosecutor you get. Camden is a nightmare for court cases. All of Camden is a disorderly area.

Get a lawyer who specializes in sex related crimes. It might be worth it to have a jury trial. Usually the DA will drop the case for minor crimes like this.

The DA will usually support the arresting officer if the bust was good.

This is a very good point! I have found women of ill repute even in the BEST parts of town, LOL! One was so turned on with our picture taking that she gave me a BJ in broad daylight in a popular tourism parking lot. It was funny seeing the reactions of some guys getting into their cars when they realized what we were doing. Made me nervous as hell, but she just laughed it off as no big deal.
So who is to say that something illegal happened with the known sw? The officer only had seen her being dropped off. He didn't witness any acts. So Johnboy was simply giving her a ride which is not illegal. Also, being "known" by the leo doesn't mean that JB knew that she was one.
I'd fight this as far as possible. Penalty can be up to one year and a grand.

Dude, sorry for your trouble with the law. I am always overly cautious picking up SW's and dropping them off on the street. When I decide to pick up a SW, I usually circle the area at least three times, looking inside parked vehicles, and making sure everything is clear. Also, when I dropped them off , I always look for LE and look inside parked cars too. Then I drop them off on a side street. I NEVER drop them off where they want to be drop off unless I think it is clear...

I agree with the previous advice - GET A LAWYER. If Camden is as messed up as Philly's court system, then they will try to get you to plead down the charge at worst and drop it at best. Some non-specific loitering ticket or something innocuous is what you want. You want to avoid having your name come up on a LE search with any kind of sex related offense on it - that is if you want a job, credit, housing, etc. in the future. The cost of a lawyer will be well worth it in the long run to avoid a "scarlet letter" associated with your name.
All of the legal strategy or plea options depend on what statements you made to the Officer - did you incriminate yourself? Did the SW incriminate you? I mean really, how did the cop make that interpretation? - after all, all you were doing was dropping off a friend after getting a bite to eat or taking a drive together. How is that loitering?
But, all of those are critical in evaluating your case and the lawyer will know how to handle it. DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS YOURSELF! Experience in these matters and knowledge of the Camden legal system is worth its weight in gold in this situation.

Now a general comment for all lurkers....
Once again people, if you are going to be in this hobby, you need to be prepared for encounters with LE. You can't afford to be too lazy to watch this 45-minute video at least once, if not several times until you get it down. Know your rights, know how to protect your rights and know the "gotcha game" LE is trained to play to get you to give up your rights.

I appreciate all of your comments. I wish when this happens to you that you could remember all the legal stuff, but I was nervous as hell. I don't think she was stopped or any statement was taken from her because he pulled around the corner and came after me while she was walking the other direction. Unless there was another car in the same area she was gone by the time he was done. Like I said, I was nervous as hell and did not want to lie so I basically agreed with him. He asked what I was doing there and I told him I was coming from Phila. at a friends house and was driving through. He knew from my drivers license that driving through was not needed to get anywhere other than Camden. He said "so you decided to drive throught to pick up a hooker" and i just nodded and said I know it was stupid but I'm not going to lie to you. That may not have been smart to do, but at the time I could'nt recite my laws and rights to myself so maybe I was dumb for being extermly nervous. After waiting about 10 min. he gave me a ticket for visiting a disorderly place for an unlawful purpose. I never said anything about where or how I picked her up or money or the deed and he never asked. I have no prior criminal record, so I'm going to call my lawyer and try to get it removed, I hope. Its worth the embarrasment if someone finds out to get this off my record. I am not married but have family that lives with me, so we will see how this plays out.

Sounds like you admitted to only picking her up, but you didn't mention any details. This could be good in your favor!
