So I guess if you asked for a specific sexual act with the mention of money in a text and then visited her and got arrested, that could be evidence used against you (idk I'm not a lawyer! However if its just dirty talk back and forth, then that's just two adults having a conversation and there is nothing illegal about that (assuming you didn't discuss illegal actions).

As for online chatting, it seems pretty unlikely they're going to bust you for that. What are they going to do? I guess they could run down your IP address then come busting in the door. But that doesn't seem likely.
I think there's very little risk chatting online. And a LOT of risk going out to meet someone at a hotel or elsewhere. This hobby is always risky. You'll meet fakes, boyfriends, handlers, LEO, drug dealers, etc. So be careful.

I would love them arresting me, especially if they published my photo, because having the extra money for the booby would be nice. For now freedom of speech is still a thing, and that includes talking about paying for cooch, as long as you do not meet, because then you would be showing intent to commit an illegal act. Besides the cops have a huge advantage in that they can just "charge" you with a crime. Even if it is dismissed in court by then they have posted your name and picture all over the news. It is a pathetic abuse of power but looks good when they ask for more funding!

I'm assuming the four digits you provided are the last four of the number that texted you back? Let's please be very very specific about the info we share. They can't do anything about it, and we need to look out for one another. I know it's a hassle, but it could save someone a whole lot of trouble. Christmas bonuses have surely been handed out and I'm sure a lot of guys are looking to treat themselves before the holiday.
