But it can't give you live feed of how many cars may be parked or not parked on a particular street or how many people may be around. In the end I rely on common sense and my experience of where to go.

And because it's more businesses in that area, commercial buildings is why I stick to the area to find a spot. Night time always provides good cover in most any area.

Plus all the surrounding side streets which makes it even more random. 7th is the main st and it can be as far west as Maple Ave and far east to Central Ave along it. But as said many times before there's no time-frame when you can find a girl in the area regularly. It's random as fuck. Over 10/15 years ago you could find more at a more regular pace.
