Many with nothing to be found on TER, ECCIE, and using google searches. I'm sure the same applies to "List", "Skip" "Bpage" etc.
I agree with Gspot just because they advertise on TRYST and EROS doesn't mean a damn thing. My understand from one lady was all "EROS Verified" means is she's sent a picture holding up a piece of paper with their contact info. She wasn't all "dolled up" and to me wasn't very close to what she looked like in her ads. I wouldn't be surprised if as long as the ad fees "membership" is kept up things could even change hands. Just my speculation. And we've seen where guys have said their ad says "verified" and she doesn't look like her pictures or wasn't the same person as in the pictures.
As for deposits I've never paid a one. And I have seen several who's ads do state they require a deposit. I do have references to provide them. So I've inquire, explain the situation to them, I've never canceled on any one (ok I think one was 48 hours in advance), have references and include them and say something like "X, why or Z" waived the deposit requirement. And one I've seen multiple times. And then say something like if the deposit is a must I thank you for the consideration anyway. WOW I don't think I've actually ever used those exact words. Better save that. Anyway a couple I've never heard back for or something like sorry no. I move on there's too many fish in the pond. And actually I've had a couple get back to me when they've gotten in town. One still wanted the deposit and the other. Bingo! Money must have talked.
Everyone has to do whatever they feel comfortable with. I'm sure there are some guys out there that don't mind taking a gamble and throwing one $ or two $$ down. Just like I guess there are some guys out there that are spending one K on some of the local gals advertising on TRYST. You got me? But then I felt like I worked hard for my money and don't want to "waste" it. Sorry some of you guys but You won't find me at the casino. I think the last time I was in Vegas 25-30 years ago I dropped less than 20 bucks. I played one buck per slot machine in each casino we walked in to. Flight to and from Vegas, hotel and meals were paid for by work. However afterwards I took some vacation time out there.
Now I spent my money "wisely". LOL! I drove around almost half the state visiting or trying to find every brothel in the state. Thank god for the early internet back then because there was already a list out there! Amargosa Valley check. Beatty double check; there were two in the area. Checked into the hotel cleaned up and visited the first one (it was famous because it was the one with the abandoned airplane out in front). Back to the hotel in Beatty, ate at the attached Denny's, took another shower. And back out. I think it's name was The Shady Lady. Next day visited Death Valley before heading toward Tonopah. There were supposed to be two on the way there but they were closed. Couldn't find the one in Tonopah. Over to Carson City. Double check. Similar story. Checked into the hotel, got cleaned up and went visited one of like five all in the same area. Sorry not the Bunny Ranch and it wasn't like it was back then. Back to to the hotel, ate, showered and back out to one of the others. Then next day up to Reno and back east. The Mustang Ranch was closed. Continuing east next stop Winnemucca. Dang the one there was right in the middle of the city as part of a bar. Mid day a buck of old guys in there drinking. I ordered a pop, looked around, eventually saw one skimpy dress gal walk around. I finished my pop and left. Next east to Battle Mountain. Dang again. This one was kind of similar. Not as many guys in there, was greeted by an gal older than me back then. She had a little meat on her and appeared to have some big full tits. I'd been driving some, tired and could use some stress relief. Sadly I couldn't go any farther east to Elko and Wells. I had to get back to Vegas for my flight back home in a day or so. Drove back south to Beatty. You guessed it. Check and double check! Same hotel, Denny's and same two places. Different gals. Sadly I really wanted to see the same one at Shady Lady again. Next day I stopped again at Amargosa Valley. Afterwards I had to really bust butt. Back to Vegas, return the vehicle to Hertz, to the airport, luggage check in, etc. Damn I almost missed my flight home! Once on the plane I flew home with a smile on my face and found memories. Was wondering what my fellow passengers were thinking about. And what if one of them asked how was my trip and what did I do? LOL! Maybe as I was deplaning I should have told the stewardess about my adventure and given them my phone number. BEST vacation of my life! Now remember that was 25-30 years ago. I think the most I paid was $$.5 but most was $$. The industry out there has change a lot since then with it consolidating and many now gone.
Oh and I'd been to the one in Pahrump about 15 years prior.
