Next I eliminate all those with Ccap records for drugs, assault, violence, abuse, theft, or excess traffic tickets. I eliminate anyone I cannot get a complete background check on. I eliminate anyone that has not been reviewed by a trusted senior.
Oddly that still leaves plenty left to choose from.
