I know at night they hide easier but this happening in daylight. Just waiting to lurch esp since we are the worst criminals there are and so much effort to nab one us. Yes, as long as hot pursuit theory applies they are allow to do so, but certainly it discourages them. Within city of Dayton, nowhere is safe for sure, no matter how far from the pick up point.
What would I do if a LE cruiser silently following my car. I go out of the city boundary. Good idea not to go toward the direction of those cheap motels known for the action. LE will assume you are heading there and will stay on.

Among them are.
The right of free assembly. It is not illegal for a women to get into your car and go for a ride. There is no law that says you have to know each other or have a reason for being together, either. So long as she isn't giving you head or a hand job while you're driving, or when the cop runs your plate (which he will do, trust me) you don't have any warrants out for your arrest, you aren't going to get pulled over. They'll harrass you a bit by following you, so I agree with Goodson and MW that driving around for a bit is a good idea.
I never, ever do car dates. That has to be the riskiest thing you can do, IMHO. I take my dates back to my hotel room. Private, discreet and low-key. What goes on in there is nobody's business, and cops would have to get a warrant to enter the room, which they aren't going to be able to do. I don't think they could enter the room without a warrant even if the desk clerk called them suspecting illegal activity. I suppose they could knock on the door, but you could politely tell them that absent a warrant to piss-off.
Tonto, you are 100% correct with your safety advice. Uncle LEO can pull you over if he can find any reason at all to justify it. I was given a seatbelt ticket, and the reason I was pulled over was that the license plate bracket that was put on at the dealer, partially covered the word Ohio on my license plate. He decided to give me a warning for that, but dinged me with the seatbelt ticket anyway. To make a long story short, I beat the ticket because the judge said he did not have reasonable cause to pull me over, and therefore could not have given a seatbelt ticket. The important thing is that they can find any reason to pull you over and harass you, and this is the chance we take every time we pick up a young lady, even though that in itself is not illegal.
I personally stop to offer some young lady a ride occasionally, because I am a caring soul. She looked like she needed a ride, and she was pretty, so I stopped. What red blooded American would not come to the aid of a damsel in need? Certainly not I, but I do make it a point to ASK any new faces if they need a ride as they are approaching the car, that way if the are LEO I was just offering a ride.
I also immediately drive away without talking to the girl about anything other than her name and the weather. If they can't wait to talk, I tell them to hold on for 1 sec while I check traffic. This gives me a block or so of distance between me and the pick point, and I can see if an impending traffic stop approaches. The ratioanale behind this is that I think any LEO posing as a SW would not get in the car and let me drive off with her, too far from support etc.
At this point the questions start,"are you po-po?" etc. I then ask her to prove it, exposing herself quickly, touching, etc. All the time, I am driving a route where I can observe whether I am being followed, and I pay close attention.
At this point we are fairly sure about each other, and we have arrived at my destination. I have the good fortune to have several destinations available to me, and I do switch up. I never ever pay up front, and I keep any and all valuables out of reach. The transaction occurs, and I feel like a new man. (not sure what they feel like) The last piece of the puzzle is that I always go over our story of what to say if LEO somehow followed us and is waiting outside. I won't give mine because it is site specific, but be ready with something, and make sure she knows it. I drop her off, say goodbye, and live to monger another day.
If you do get pulled over, don't let the cops get you into any conversation. Tell them the story you are going with, and if they start asking about the girl or illegal activities, or too many details, just say that you don't want to answer any more questions without an attorney, because this feels like harassment. I will note, that I am not an attorney, this is just my careful opinion.

It doesn't take lot of imagination to think of what can happen if the leo on your stop doesn't play fair.
The last thing you want him / her to see is a chip on your shoulder.
Be nice, let him / her be in control, cooperate verbally to a point, cooperate completely and silently if it becomes physical, do not piss them off. Remember, these are officers of the state, they are powerful people and will be believed court before you are.

This is not the Brittnay that "lives" on 3rd or at least did. I actually dated the younger one when she lived off Radio and was 20yo. She didn't walk much back then. Sorry to digress; this new Brittnay is a doll, has a dancer's bod, is an ex-dancer in WV, wore white sweats, low on the hip, bare midriff, and looked TGTBT, but she gave the look, and I didn't see any LE around at all. They did come out in force probably for 5pm. So, I scooped this Brittnay at the Food Store, who just arrived a few weeks ago and hopes to soon dance in town.

I dreamt a little dream with Kim Friday afternoon, and it was excellent as usual. BBBJCIMWS, which is common for a dream of mine. She actually pulled a few tongue tricks and other little things that were different from her. Overall, very happy, what is there to complain about? However, I am finding myself dreaming of the same person too often. I need to dream about something different, but can't seem to make the connection. I think it may have something to do with when I try to dream, which is usually early afternoon. I tried to wait till around 4-5 the other day, but had no luck. I have seen one other post saying that he had luck around 4:30, but I have been unsuccessful. My route is usually 3, 5, x, using Linden as the connector between 3, 5, and x. If I am missing something please shout out.

My advice, just don't make any new move this and next week unless you are sure what you are doing. Better stay with old friends and appreciate you have them. It's natural mating season, LEs know it and are waiting to teach a lesson or two to desperate horny guys.

Eastside had zero out and 7 individual cruisers either parked, idling, or lit up. NM was bare.

Even though they attracted about 60-70 more new vacationers checked-in after my Tuesday morning study, the occupancy rate has dropped significantly to 90% now.
What does that mean? They have room for anybody on Wednesday, even for insignificant incidents.

While waiting for a call from someone I decided to cruise the regular routes. I was not intereted in anything as I was in my convertible and that for sure would be something leo would look at. On North Main one lady was standing out and as I pulled out from a sided street to turn south on Main she approached me and and asked if I was looking for some fun. I replyed do you need a ride she asked twice more and I said no thank you. While waiting for traffic I looked over in the parking lot and there was a black Bronco or such with a man in it and he was looking right at me."possbily leo" I then cruised the east side and not much was out. What I did see was not something that would have interested me. Lucky my phone rang and my appointment was on.
