The times I have tried a four hander at these two spa's the following worked for me.
I offered an additional $20 for 2nd MT and gave a $40 tip to her when my 1st HE occurred.
With both gals helping me get there.
Started up again with main gal, got more rubbing and another tuggin Gave her $50. Both seemed.
Happy, so was I. Since that's worked, I'll treat myself to this as often as I got the $$. I think if you get.
Something to work once, they'll be happy for the repeat clients.

She is still in Hernando and will be there until her release which could be in March if she is given credit for time served if not it should be around August.
