Korean Bar Reports

I quit the daily bar visits went irl's drinks hit $40,2 drinks and the night is over. LOL.

There were a bunch of Korean owned night clubs that stayed open til 4 am. From Kaimuki to Pearl City. Kalihi had at least 4 night clubs. It was way before Ginza West Opened with over a dozen new club and bars.

I kinda caught the ass end of the Wild West times of kb / vb / sb. But before Covid fucked everything up I had my share of good and bad times. Especially with all the bars and clubs. So many different options and women available.

Would go Shirokiya during beer happy hour (100+ oz. Tower pitcher beer) with tomodachis, eat pupus and look at the (okazuya) ladies. Kikaida (Ban Daisuke) came for autograph session and had costumed theme show in the past (was in my 40's, so no interest).

Anyone know where some of the original Platinum and Arisu Bar girls moved to. At Platinum the former Mama Amber and couple other quit a few months ago but I can't seem to find where they moved to. The same for the Former Arisu or Islander girls moved. I know couple said they were going to move when the 3 new owners were taking over in July. Total lost track of them although I heard some may have moved to Waikamilo Plaza bars but no specific bar info. Any brother got intel? LMK Mahalo.

They were torn down for new Condo's or businesses. 18 Year girls working and bars where packed especially on Fridays and Saturdays and Holidays. Bars used to sell tickets for Holidays and grand opening, all you can eat and drink with door prizes for $20-$25. One year I won a TV. The busy bars even had Vegas trips and golf clubs / putters. They even had sponsorships from liquor companies and vendors they did busy with. LE and LC stopped all that. There were so many beautiful girls working and most had wealthy BF's. Sugar babies and sugar daddies. LOL Yup then were the days, customers were not always King. You had to be a spender to get noticed.

The outstanding KBGs (no more that kine caliber KBGs anymore) when scoop up; their sugar daddies when eventually go broke, '90s.

In odda words got to have something about you that attracts them; they got to like you and no stopping them if they do. All imo.

Heard the Mama say that two new bartenders are going to start in Oct. One day time and one night timer. It was dead only one other older broth that left after a phone call saying he wanted to go somewhere else. I stayed till 12 noon.

Saw a article that someone purchased the last property on Kapiolani with Bars like club Business. The purchased the triangle property from the Jewerly shop to the end of the building with Business up to were the bars that were clustered together with one upstairs. I guess only Sheridan street is left.

So has anybody been lucky enough to see Hana Marie lately? Please tell me that someone knows where she is working at?
