I agree that tipping of independent providers is a non-starter. Their rates are set by them and they do not have to share their earnings with anyone (other than mooching boyfriends, pimps, etc.). If they want an extra $20 or $40 bucks, just set their rate $20 or $40 higher. Tipping started with agency ladies.
