It is not unusual for vice to conduct stings when things are dead. Last year the La Mesa PD in SD conducted a sting and yet there has been virtually no SW's at all. The cops have conducted stings when there few if any SW's in SD as well. Local police departments have been getting grants to curb human trafficking. The lesson here is always keep your guard up.

Took a stroll thru SB this weekend and it continues to be very much dead (evening time from 9 pm-10:30 pm) On my drive, only saw scattered BSWS that didn't really catch my attention.
