I never said F to M transmission is impossible, I said it is among the lowest risk and after looking it up, about a 1 in 3000 chance per exposure with a female who is infected and not being treated. If she is being treated, those odds drop to 1 in 10,000!

Also, someone infected with HIV today, who gets early treatment and proper monitoring, will not die of HIV. They will die from other things, the same things most everyone dies from. HIV is able to be suppressed to undetectable levels with modern medications and treated indefinitely. The medications can cause issues for many though.

I'm not saying anyone go out and fuck hookers with no condom. That is insane in my opinion. I'm just trying to clarify the actual risk. If she was intentionally trying to infect you, she would likely need to get her blood directly into your bloodstream in a fairly significant fashion.
