A part-time street girl from a few years ago just got picked up for 'working' in NPR. I looked up the info on it and the '22 Rules' would have probably prevented this dude getting busted.

UC LE was watching her and saw this go down, then saw the street the monger went down. LE parked out of sight and walked up on them, mid-act. Monger fessed' up and apparently was released, where as they arrested her.
Maybe being uber paranoid and always driving quite a distance from the scoop is sometimes unnecessary, but in this case it would have saved this guy's possible heart-attack and possible arrest. Just a reminder that driving a mile or two, while making a few turns, isn't a bad idea. I'm sure now with there being so few girls around, it's easier for LE to set up on one and watch her.
