On other fronts, there have been slight changes here. One of the girls told me that a manager was fired and I think it was Brian (tall, black guy). Apparently, a couple of weeks ago, it was so dead one night through the week that they only charged the girls a $40 stage fee. To me, that's a great thing. It will attract more girls to come to work if they know they pay less on a slow night. God knows this place needs better talent.

I was in there on Sunday, during the day shift and they had four girls: Kelsey, Pamela, Diamond (the bleached blonde one with floppies) and some heavy set girl with long, dark hair (I can't remember her name). Needless to say, it was one drink for me and I was gone. This is pretty much the state of how things are when I've been going in there.

H8's must be desperate for talent, because you'd think they'd tell some of these girls that they can't work here anymore. Raven, for instance. Nice enough to talk too but she's just plain scary looking. She not very attractive in the face and it looks like she's bordering on anorexia. I understand that she's been here for a lot of years and obviously has no other skill set. Regardless, I wouldn't go back with her for free but there's a time when the bar should part with some of the dancers. Some of these girls that have fat rolls hanging over bottom of their waists need to hang it up too. That's just plain gross.

There's only three girls I would see here: Deanna on days or Star or Kayla on nights. Deanna is by far the most popular girl in the place and she's great in the VIP but she seems to have developed a bit of diva attitude, because she always has so many guys lined up for her.

Do you have any idea what she could have done to get fired from H8's? Unless you insult Deanna, the dancers are pretty much untouchable there! I expect she'll be back there in a few weeks. Most of the firings never last. I remember in the old days, a dancer threw a chair and hit Don the manager; she was back in two months! Give this girl a bit of time. She'll likely be back!

No, the talent level has not increased at all. In fact, I'd say it's considerably worse. It's been going downhill for a very long time. They're in a catch 22 situation now - The guys aren't coming in because there's not many attractive girls to see and the better talent isn't coming in because there are no guys. If you go, expect to see lifers.
