1. Never send money electronically to these girls. Cashapp, venmo, etc. Avoid entirely. I only use plain old cash. If that's not adequate, it indicates she has no intention to actually meet. It makes sense why they'd want frictionless payment that doesn't require personal presence. But that's the opposite of what you want.
2. Unless you know the girl and you have direct experience with how reliable she is to show up on time, I would never book a hotel until she shows up. I can book on my phone and check in easily. Takes ten minutes tops. Don't let her join you when checking in. She might hear your name. Or gather other information that she can use against you. Ask her to wait in the lobby. Or in her car.
