Re: What am I doing wrong
I got into vegas on Friday night with a few friends and I are in town until Thursday. I decided to get a room in the MGM based on reviews of this board, it appears a lot of action happens at the MGM along with the surrounding casinos (Luxor, Excal, NYNY and the Trop). I have been out looking for a CG or gambling from around 11-4am but Haven't even had a girl smile at me.
I usually start off at the MGM and circle around the Zuri bar to see if there are any girls alone at the bar, I do the same with the Center Bar at NYNY and the Crazyhorse at MGM. The only girls that I have seen are with groups of friends so no luck there. Is it harder to spot these working girls on weekends? Either way, I am getting an individual room for myself on Monday and I was hoping to be able to seal the deal a few times from now until Thursday. Are there any mistakes that I am making and do I spot a single girl at the bar and talk to them or should I just wait there for a minutes and hope to get spotted.
Thanks for any further advice.
For CG's to notice you:
Allow me to refer to an excellent post, where The Screws compares different dress styles of mongers and the reactions of CG's.
How you dress makes all the difference.
So I thought to myself, lets try something as a test.
First night I planted myself in Jeans and a polo and ordered a beer at a south strip bar, I had a few Bcg's ask if I was busy, but no Asian or Wcg's.
Second night, I put on Dockers, dress shirt and ordered a white wine, same bar, same time, and I got 5-6 Wcg's and 10 Bcg's to talk to me.
Third night, I black ripped jeans, dance shoes, single t, with open shirt and I ordered Stoli on the rocks. Two Bcg's talked to me, but others ignored me.
So, story is, dress like a geeky business man, and you look safe and easy. Dress like a player and you are two much work.
Oh, and second night, I had one TS ask me if I was looking for fun. Interesting.
For you to notice CG's:
They are everywhere. A trained eye can spot them easily. Have you ever bought a new car, or, at least new to you? The same car is everywhere, but before you owned one, you never noticed. But now, since you drive that car every day, you see your model of car everywhere.
The same idea applies to spotting CG's. Once you know what to look for, they are everywhere. You'll soon learn the tecnique and happy hunting!
RE: Wireless not really necessary for hooking up
Most places now include it as part of the 'resort fee'. Best thing that I can suggest is to go to a search site like Expedia and do a search for hotels. There are search options that you can select such as having wifi, business services, a pool, etc.
I think wireless has become pretty standard and if there is a place where it is not a part of the standard fees then shame on them. You could reduce your need for web access by simply doing your homework before you come to Vegas.
As far as Casino girls go you just have to read up on the forum before you get to Vegas. You can do the same with a place like BP and then just jot down the numbers of the woman (or women) you plan to get in touch with. Providers on BP prefer you to communicate with them in advance anyway, so you can email them a couple of days before you get to Vegas and simply bring their phone numbers with you. I did have wireless on my trip 3 weeks ago but I had done my homework in advance such that I could well have gone without it once I got to Vegas. The homework included googling their phone numbers and looking for their reviews on other places like another site and Red Book.
I had sent emails to 3 potential women on BP and had their phone numbers prior to arrival, and we had communicated back and forth. I actually called / texted all 3 after arrival and physically met only one of them.
Maybe you need wireless for other reasons, like work etc, but if it is just for hooking up you can do your homework in advance and just bring a couple of phone numbers with you. It worked for me.
