Man this girl is a great date! She's even better looking in person! She may only be going on 19 but she can suck a dick with the best of them!!Her lips are perfect and she takes her time and swallows as reported on. (1) Repeatedly beckoning to or stopping pedestrians or motorists in a public place;
(2) Repeatedly attempting to stop, or repeatedly attempting to engage passers-by in conversation;
(3) Repeatedly stopping or attempting to stop motor vehicles.
d. The element described in paragraph (1) of subsection b. of this section may not be established solely by proof that the actor engaged in the conduct that is used to satisfy the element described in paragraph (2) of subsection b. of this section.

One example is when a decoy asks you meet them in back even when you offered them no money. This is why if you suspect a girl is a decoy you should no more than "need a ride" or "get in please". I got caught few years back, I was just talking to a sw (that's it!!) cop pull over and give me a citation for solicitation of prostitution. If they out to get you, there is nothing you can do about it. Is best to keep it low key be polite, and take the citation paid the fine and leave it as that. No one wants their name and worst, photo in the front page of any major Newspaper!

Was that soliciting or loitering? They can't really cite you for soliciting without evidence. They can cite you for loitering. Loitering is a $1000 fine and a disorderly persons offense, which isn't a good thing to have on your record.

I've been out the past few days for a, well more than a few passes. I've seen a number of potential new talent. With the recent stings I've only done some recon. I think I spotted Erika near Line Friday evening, hair cut above the shoulder (I know she got it cut) wearing a white top and green skirt. Spotted another with similar build btwn Spruce and Clinton. Saw her talk to a few mongers but never got in, that I saw. also a possibly cute blinde near the triangle. Too out in the open for me to try. If course I'd accept the citation rather than having it mailed to my house. However I would then get an attorney and fight it in court, not just pay it. If you pay the fine, you are admitting guilt. A lawer could get the charge dropped or at least reduced. There is no way I would just admit guilt without fighting it. Now it's on your criminal record for ANYONE to C. Anybody that wants to pay $14. 95 to see if you have anything on your record can now just go online and see that you plead guilty to Solicitation of Prostitution (or whatever the charge was).

It's always worth a few hundred bucks to at least TRY to keep stuff like this off of your record.
