After that I was able to access a couple of times but then it went down again. Seem to be able to access more consistently now. Hope it holds.

The attack was one, but the current issue is the site is no longer working with HTTPS, only HTTP, which is NOT secure. And many new up to date computers and phones will make it very difficult to use HTTP. The number of active users are WAY WAY WAY down due to this. This section can go days without reports and this is why. It has been going on for about a month now with no fix. I refuse to post good info here until fixed. I mean why waste my time for low volume of viewers when admin cannot take their time to fix it? I did post recently due to the AMP busts and HIV charges, that kind of affects people in a very bad way.
