Stopped by in the afternoon. $4 soda, said no liquor license yet. Nice young one comes to sit, says this is her 4th day working there. Does nails during the week. She asks for a drink. So $20 for water? Lily comes by, think she the Mama. Not sure if she the money Mama tho. Says I know you so can sell you beer. Said liquor license maybe next week. No hint of play from the young, I didn't stay long enough to find out.

Sure do miss the old days with Susan and V.

If you know how to approach them and reassure them you won't kiss and tell you're going to go far. I avoid the kiddie bars because younger punks aren't there for pussy. Melo used to be fishing in a barrel but Xclusive and the new strip clubs are basically all open for takeout. It all comes down to how much effort you want to put into it.

Hit up HBN on Kona St the other night. Still no liquor license so drinks come in plastic cups. Seen a few new faces but everyone here is probably at least 40. Did see some former Mistys ladies there so that kind of action is available, pretty chill vibe and the ladies do come up to chat when you come in. Lots of booths but none that were truly private like before.

What kind of action can you get at Boda? I presume the same as HBN? These Vietnamese bars are all the same.

Cruised east on Hopaka St. Early Sunday morning. Both Boda & Mystique had lines out the door. Lots of foot traffic, college aged youngsters, mix of locals and AA males but not clear if military. Not my cup of tea. Stay Safe.

Got "stink-eye" from a another whom I've patronized before lockdown. Only stayed for only for a few drinks. Miss those "truly private" booths. May stop in again when football ramps up but with more resources and somewhat higher aspirations.

After reading NinjaLurker's post decided to check out HBN fka Misty's. I checked this place out couple of months ago. Was disappointed, so NL post seemed like a glimmer of hope. I get there and see Annie the bartender and another lady by the entrance. Annie remembers me and says it's been awhile since she saw me. I think she's a hostess now. The bartender was a young cute Viet girl. Ordered my drink and scanned the place over to see what was available. Total of 4 ladies working. Had one fat skanky one at the end of the bar. She was talking to Lily, who is I'm assuming the mama / owner. Her and the bartender were the best looking ones in there. I have no idea if play is available from either one. I was hoping that Susan would be there. But I know that her and Lily don't get along. I was thinking of asking Annie if anymore ladies were coming in later. Maybe Jan / Jenny? But decided to bail since nothing interested me. Walked to Sundance. Maybe get better selection there. I get there and it's practically empty! But as luck would have it both girls are busy. Fuck, I was kinda hoping to sit with Mary. But she's busy with the guy at the bar. The other girl busy too, was hoping that maybe Vanessa would be there. But no dice. Same thing like at HBN, finished my drink then bailed. Was thinking of checking out Secret too. But the way the night was going decided not to.
