Consider doing some password hygiene on all your accounts. If you happen to use the same password on TNA that you use anywhere else, these hackers would have easy access. If they do indeed release the info to the dark web, then your password might as well be "password" because every amateur hacker will have it too.

Few more obvious things to do that most of us don't:

NEVER use the same password for more than one account.

Consider using 2 factor authentication, (yes, it's a pain in the ass and can still be hacked, but it's harder to do). They'll likely pursue the easier targets.

Use long, alphanumeric passwords with special characters.

I'm sure we have some security experts here that have more info, but that's a good start.
