We've had brand newbies as well as experienced escorts, both independents and from other agencies. If you know how professional services work (and most of your here do,) you'll understand how the service is provided. The hobbyists who've been here awhile know that you speak to the girl directly and work out the terms of the service with her. I can't speak for them as it is a very personal decision whether to service any particular client.

When you receive poor service at any of the locations you frequent, do you immediately contact the manager to address your concerns? I noticed the posts here, but wasn't contacted by anyone to discuss what they received (instead of what they wanted to receive.) I check the forum regularly, and try and stay on top of all comments and questions (negative, positive or otherwise.) I also ask for feedback from hobbyists, as it usually helps in improving the service. I have definitely heard the "what's on the menu" conversation before, and many of you know how I'm addressing this.

As to complaints of long waiting times and not getting the girl you want, have to confess this is the first time I've heard those complaints. I let clients know in advance whether a girl is available or not, so that should not have occurred. We provide walk-in service as well, so there always one or two girls on site before 3:00 a. M. As I mentioned before, please contact me and let me know when this occurred, as well as who you wanted to see and who you ended up with.

Not criticizing the lack of contact, of course. I am asking for feedback, as it would help me know whether a particular girl is working out. I can't know by relying only on what she represents after the session, clearly. The quality of service will vary from girl to girl, so it would help me to know where expectations are not being met.

I agree with you that the negotiation with the girls does not always lead to what you desire for service you desire. As much as I strive to hire the right girls, it does not always work out that way.

For the record, Golf, I don't send hobbyists into a session knowing in advance that it will fail. That's as unfair a statement as me saying that all hobbyists are jerks. E, disappointing clients deliberately would be foolish and a waste of everyone's time. Each of the hobbyists have met providers they've loved and some they've hated. I've had very popular providers and some that did not do so well. It's all a matter of giving them a chance to shine. I can do better with managing expectations if I receive timely feedback.

I hope that I have the latitude to provide girls what will at least get a chance to prove themselves on an individual basis, fellas. If I didn't care, I wouldn't be here discussing it. I can work with girls that have the potential to be successful, and feedback like this helps in the process.

Sunycide put it as well as anyone could. The analogy places basic expectations that we as consumers should be able to find with consistency. The yardstick is that this board is the Better Business Bureau for providers. I too have been completely bamboozled by girls at ABE. After going behind closed doors, money round 1 and 2 were paid, then told I can't touch and certainly won't be touched. The last time I went in I asked the questions up front and the girl got mad and pissy, so I walked. It was a shame because I didn't want or expect FS, but a reasonable expectation would be I wouldn't leave unsatisfied on some level.

Despite how poorly showing the girls this forum turned out recently (you all know to what I'm referring,) I think I'll have another go at it.
