Well with the weather finally getting warmer, and my tax return soon arriving. I was thinking of heading down to TJ one weekend soon for some long overdue fun. Unfortunately it sounds like a border closing may end up happening. Hopefully it won't last long if it does happen. If it does last for awhile, I'll wait a couple weeks after it reopens, because I bet it'll be super crowded the first couple weekends it's reopened.
Mexico's president has recently agreed to help stop illegal immigration. So Trump will probably not close the border.

Have any of you offered extra $ for BBFS? Or have you been offered BBFS?
If you finally get a passport, get the passport card as well. I think it's $40 extra with a passport book. With the card, theres no where to stamp and less evidence that you wandered across. But seriously, if you don't have a passport you're missing out on the world, not just TJ. My friend got shit from the MX border patrol guy on his way INTO TJ, and asked why he didn't have a book, but they still let him cross. I think the card was still new at the time so they didn't know better. I have no issues using my passport card since I got it a year ago.
Global Entry is something you should invest into too. Makes crossing the border back into US a breeze.

Trying to get some intel on Mon / Tues events and line up. I live farther away, so most of the time make it to TJ on a weekend, sometimes on Thurs. Hoping Monday and Tuesdays will be just as popping with less dudes and more cicas, or at least the ratio in my favor. Do girls usually start at lower price or perhaps its easier to negotiate for lower price? Hows the talent and fun in other bars like Tropical?
I'm planning to pick up the VIP card to, since the mark down for the room makes it worth it. But any other advice would be helpful. Hows the crowd? Drink specials? Any other advice helps.

Mon and Tuesday HK's VIPS have 80% room discount in Cascada. Single room would cost about $14, doubles $18. HK would have a lot fewer guys, like half, compared to weekends, also fewer girls, but I still find most top-tiered girls working.
The club is cooler, less frantic, the girls more relaxed, have more time to spend with you, and usually agree to lower rates. HK gives 2 free beers. We would order 2 dinners for $10 with Azul's 2-4-1 coupon and invite a few girls to share, generally good times.
