One should look at all sites to gain information and knowledge of local mongers as well as providers. Even though we don't have the same taste in women I am quite familiar with most of the senior posters here, and there are a few that I do exchange info with. TheBleed, I don't know if you've ever heard of Fulton Industrial Boulevard or the infamous Travelodge and Skyway hotels. They are truly places that you have to see to believe. It's like the Atlanta PD has cordoned off the area and designated it a free trade zone. Both of these hotels are full of SWers selling out in the open. You get SW prices with the convenience of having a room.
The TL has doors facing outside. There's usually about ten sketchy thugs / pimps prowling around. Girls will be hanging out in the parking lot or leaning on the rails. It's like something out of Amsterdam. Chicks flashing their tits to get you to come see them. I have never stopped here since I've read bad stories (pimps banging on the door after five mins, etc) but it's worth circling through the parking lot.
The Skyway is a true hotel with doors facing an interior hallway. Girls hang out in the lobby and will hit you up when you walk in the door. They have a standing arrangement with the front desk. You pay five dollars for the privilege of going back into the hotel. The only time I've stopped there I met a smoking hot chick in the lobby who usually works Backpages and banged her for. 5 in her own room. I work a rotating 12 hr shift and work 2 weekends out of the month one on nights one days. I was on days this weekend. A lot of them would think nothing of buying a disposable phone, setting up another date, and then showing up with a friend or a baseball bat. When they can't get their money back, maybe they'll just beat the shit out of her instead. Who knows why the girls are doing it? Maybe they have habits to support, pimps to pay off, or are just greedy. Either way they get beaten. There have been plenty of times that I've felt like I didn't get my money's worth, but so far only one total ripoff.
I've not seen her out on the strolls in a long time, but if I did, I'd be damned tempted to pick her up and engage in some collection activity.

Would I collect on what I've already paid for?
Maybe.

As for why they do it, probably all kinds of reasons.
