I've had providers tell me that a booker will tell them that they're annoyed a customer doesn't see girls "often enough" and that they're going to call the guy's wife to tell her what her husband does (no idea if they followed through on that). I've also heard of bookers calling a person's place of work, which is worrisome too. I've also had providers tell me that some bookers have substance abuse issues, here and in Southern California, so they try to not work with those agencies at all if they can help it. I've also heard of bookers calling a customer directly to yell at them for scheduling issues, even if it's the booker's fault.

It seems like bookers generally don't care about, or have any idea about, customer service. If they treat us well, we'll treat them well, and we'll go to them when we can afford to and want to. But they make enough money that they don't care, and when we get disappointed and express our opinions, they get pissed.

It's like a restaurant that has high prices and shitty food, and when they read the reviews on Yelp, instead of trying to learn from their mistakes, they just double down and shit talk their customers. To each their own, I guess.
