This one has the worst case of GPS I've seen yet. $6/ wk. She is currently in Cookeville, claims to be moving to the Knoxville area in a couple of weeks. She initiated contact with me and talked a good game until l politely gave her an economics lesson. She responded with a rather nasty put down, LOL, so be advised that this one was a total a time waster for me.

If she gives a number out of your range thank her and move on. Let her make the move to negotiate. If she does then see where it takes you. You trying to teach her what she is worth usually ends up badly for both.

I certainly didn't try to teach her what she was worth, her worth is whatever she can get, I'm just noting for my fellow forum members that this one has high standards LOL.
