I've received a lot of pm's from members here regarding my CL ads and how I go about writing them. First off, I can't send you my ad link. I've sent my link to a member or two in the past and then "coincidentally" my ads are flagged. Not pointing any fingers, but these ads never got flagged until moments after revealing them.
I don't use any magical wording. I simply incorporate the key words "generous" "flowers" "gifts" "make YOU happy" "date", etc. The ad title needs to be something short and sweet, "I'll always bring you flowers" was one I used for example. You may post an ad and it gets flagged, that's most likely because your wording was to revealing towards prostitution. If you post an ad and find it sticks, then you have yourself a good paradigm to continue to mold and critique.
Once you write an ad which doesn't get flagged, go into your email every 3-4 days and click on the original ad initiation email, the one CL sends you to post the ad. I can find this original email quickly by typing in "craigslist" in my email search bar. That keyword will bring up all your original CL initiate posting emails. Find the ad which has been working and has avoided being flagged and open the email. Click on the link in the email to "post" your ad. This brings you to a screen which gives you the option to edit your ad or renew your ad. I suggest editing the body of your ad every week along with the title, especially if your responses start running dry. But, even more importantly, I suggest hitting the "renew" button. This "renew" option is available every 3-4 days the ad is up. By hitting renew it brings your ad back up to the top of the results list in the casual encounters section. It also refreshes the date to the current day.
Some other tips for wording. I like to make it all about taking care of her, not the other way around. If you can repeatedly say you want her to be happy, or her to feel spoiled, this is better than "take care of me and I'll do the same". This is solely to make your ad stand out. Obviously once you meet it's about the performance from her and your donation. But if you say that in your ad maybe they think you'll be to critical of the performance, or not be generous because of a lack of performance etc. So once again, don't make it sounds like a competition, make it sounds like you want to take care of her regardless of performance.
