They would be frequently closed for days, sometimes weeks at a time with a sign on the door saying 'sorry for the inconvenience' and typically only had one or two older ladies.
It has been remodeled and under new ownership. It's much cleaner and seems better managed with some younger girls but now fully legit. After some perseverance and multiple visits I had some good times with Anna and her Big 'Uns while it was Happy Feet. Those days seem to be gone for now.
As I previously reported, I visited Jasmine a few days after they reopened in place of Happy Feet. They did a nice job with the remodel. It's clean and seems to be run very efficiently by an attractive staff. I received a great massage by Coco but she made it clear there were zero extras available. Don't know if it's because they just opened for business, it was my first time there or absolutely no extras is the rule. Visited 167 on Saturday afternoon. I don't normally post but thought I'd share this time. It's quiet in there, never been to a place with curtains like that. I asked for an hour but they did not take the 70 up front which was interesting. Provider was someone different than who greeted me, didn't catch her name. She was older, which is fine. There was a lot of chatter the entire time I was there. Minimal teasing throughout but then offered standard finish and said to be quiet. Finished in silence, gave 100 total for house fee + tip.
This establishment is very clean and professional and provides a legit massage. Very good pressure, uses oils and massages your whole body to include glutes, which I like. Clothes stayed on and there was no hint of extras. My go to place for legit experiences.

A 10 year suspended sentence with 5 years of supervised probation a "slap on the wrist" . I only shared as a warning. If anyone thinks that there aren't still eyes on her in my opinion they're sadly mistaken.

PSA FYI: The AACPD really watches these places closely. I was told from a firsthand source that they make routine open and undercover visits to any place they suspect is running afoul of the law.
