It was a great place then, got everything I wanted, attractive young woman, moderate prices. Haven't been back to Springfield since, thought they might have gone out of business.

I am answering my own question.

I found Ivy at capital spa.

She says that she has been a licensed therapist for 15 years, her massage feels like it! I was sore for 3 days after my first session. After the second session I feel amazingly better. Chronic issues are now disappearing.

She says her goal is to make people pain free. I am a believer!!

Her stats. Late thirties, great body, very attractive, English "fair".

I'll be in Springfield for a couple days looking for a place that offered L3 and has girls 20's -30's age. Any suggestions.

Anyone gotten a massage with the "manager" of fitness and healthy. She's probably on her 30's at most, attractive, slender. Twice I've been in and she said she would be my next. Kind of interested what she would be like. Was curious if anyone has tried her. She's got long legs which are a huge plus for me.

Had her a year ago at fitness. Not touch or anything and claimed it was that time of month. Come back and next time blah blah. She was over at A-1 running things several months ago. She did ask for my number and told me to contact her if I wanted to schedule a visit etc. FYI she does kind of give off I'm better then you vibe that she is all that.

Had the opportunity to stop by Healthy Spa. Norah introduced herself and I was very pleased. A lot of teasing during the table shower which I thoroughly enjoyed. Not much of a massage compared to what I have received from other spas, but not horrible. Activities after the flip were very enjoyable. The view from the back side was amazing! Overall, good experience and will definitely repeat.

Took a little detour to Springfield. Parking was behind house. Was greeted at the door by sugar, she was mid age 30-40. Still decent looking. Little English use translator. A-1 and Healthy seem like the most consistently good places, but that review of Cici at A-1 is a little disturbing.

Grace gets rave reviews, but my experience with her was just OK.
