I stopped by and drew a 50 something Grandma. Not a bad massage and I left with a water, candy, and a punch card. The walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling so privacy is minimal. I went over to 377 Prospect at the beginning of May to check the place out because of the dirty ad's they were placing on BP. I walk up to the door and there was a big yellow sticker from the village that said they were closed because the space was UNINHABITABLE. Now they are open again and this is 3rd different AMP at this location within a year. The village does seem to have a special hatred for this location. In 2015 I know that they busted Zen Spa once and I will check but I think it was twice. Anyway, they didn't get shut down and they are still open. As a result, you can end up with certain parcels of land that are "unincorporated". Means that a place might have a "Schaumburg" or "Bartlett" mailing address, but, in fact, they are not within any township jurisdiction. They are in County jurisdiction and country zoning and legal enforcement. Theoretically, there is less zoning oversight in an unincorporated area.

So, after watching the massage videos I decided to try out sunflower in Bartlett. Good news the girl in the video is the girl who works there. Bad news the pictures in the ad are fake. There is a reason the girl never shows her face in the video. She has a radio face. Not good looking. The massage was good except for the oil, grease she used was awful. I had to take an extra long shower to get the oil off. Really bad news. Self serve only. I offered 40.60. 80 and she flat out said no. So, I got up and left, no tip. There is actually a layer of government between city / village etc and the county. It is the 'township'. Each country has a bunch of townships and if it is 'unincorporated' it just means there is no city / village affiliation and that it is governed directly by the township. As you said, there are township zoning laws. While it is true that unincorporated places have less rules and people live there have a sense of 'I can do whatever I want', that is true up to a point. You can have a tractor parked in your yard which you can probably till your land with but that does not mean you can turn it into a profitable agri land without the blessings of the zoning committee of the township.

Those words 'Health, Safety, Morals, Comfort, Welfare' are potent since they are fuzzily defined, what each of them mean is highly subjective and also have the 'I know it when I see it' kind of definition. Politicians, lawyers and judges have considerable leeway in interpreting them. That also explains how money and influence also have a way to get a particular interpretation and hence it various from county to county and from townships to townships though Article 110 is statewide. May be what we should do is get on the zoning committee of the township and tone down the meaning of 'morals'. The one going in favor for that is the word 'health'. Getting some kinks out from the groin area is a question of health and not morals.

I walked in and waited a while and then a 70 pound Chinese woman came to the counter and in very broken English told me to come back in 30 minutes because they were very busy. I left and came back in about 40 minutes hoping for my weekly session with the Greek. This time the manager came to the counter and took me to the room. I asked her if I could get the Greek and she told me that the Greek girl was in Chicago. I was pissed because this is the same BS that happened with the young girl. I told her that was fine and I would get the massage from her because I have had a session or 2 with her before and she is a sweet woman. It ended up being a nice session and because it was 4th of July we celebrated with 2 blasts. I really hope that the Greek was just in Chicago for the day and not MIA like the young girl. Stopped by AD over the weekend and drew Lucy again. A short girl, long hair pony tail, hard looking face, not very friendly took the door fee. I think her and Lucy were the only ones working. Shortly after she started my massage someone else came in and the other girl took him. Then for some reason the other girl came out of her room and started having a conversation with Lucy while our door was closed. Kinda hard to relax when that is going on. That finally stopped and she gave me a good massage. On the flip she was working the stick pretty good and once again miss happy comes out of her room and this time Lucy said she wanted to talk to her outside. I was like, huh?. So she leaves, I deflate. She comes back in, re oils, starts again and finishes. She usually continues a some more massage after the extraction but not this time. I get out to the car and sure enough I got shorted about 10 minutes. Overall a good session but a bit disappointed with all the extra chit chat and being shorted on time.

Tour bus is perfect, but some great massages are hard to find, nail spas that don't advertise, massage, usually are great, old women up front are getting their bunions rubbed off and scales scraped, while you're in back, in a tiny room, getting a HJ from the owner. Hell, I've been going to this place since June of last year and I am sure that they have figured out what goes on there. Yes, I like to help people and share information. I even put a report here when I found a real GEM, the young girl with the great body who liked to put on a great performance and make sure you left very happy. I could have been a tool and kept the info to myself, but I didn't and a lot of Mongers got to go see her and have a good time. I could have even been a real tool and reported that I had finally found my ATF and then not even given the name of the Spa. Kellster, you know that I have no problem sharing because I tried to give you as much info as I had about a certain provider. What I was saying wasn't 100% aimed at the guy who asked where AD is, it was kind of a blanket statement. You see it all the time, for example a guy will ask for the address of the well known places that offer FS in Mount Prospect and that is a bit comical because those places flood BP with ad's everyday. I was just simply trying to state that if 123 Spa was offering free BJ's and it got posted here, you can bet that a lot of these guys would spend 5 minutes looking at the ad's on CL and BP instead of asking here for the address and phone number. I wasn't sure if some mongers were upset with me that I gave a link to the spa. I didn't think they were. My take was they were on the poster for not making much of an effort. I mean it took me literally 10 seconds to find it and I've never been there. I figured it was no big deal with the reasons I stated earlier. I figured since he's a senior he probably helped others in the past so was just trying to return the favor.

Well, had chance to visit AD. Lucy, Sophia and Lily were available. Lily seems to be youngest of all. Went with, tried and tested, Lucy. Paid for hour. Had a great time with her.
Only intreption was a monger came in and wanted to see Lucy, but then I guess he went with other.
They were kind of confused when asked about Geek, unless you guys called Sophia, a geek.
All in all, will go back and see other two as time & $ work together.
