Not to change the current topic, but I had a question. I live on the big island, so my experience at aamps are only when I travel to Oahu. I'm always paranoid of getting caught in some raid, and getting arrested. I know the basics, I never ask / talk about money or services with anyone, but if there was a raid while I was there is just being there grounds for being arrested? Would you have to be caught in the act?

I enjoy the services, but would feel more at ease if the provider did out calls to my hotel room. I wouldn't trust BP escorts to come to my room, I've heard too many horror stories. At least with the aamp providers you can be sure you won't be set up. Are the providers allowed to do freelancing? I've wondered if they are even allowed to leave the MP?

Under proper conditions it is possible to eventually get an AMP girl to see you in the privacy (and safety) of your home but it is entirely up to the girl on a case by case; not something to count on.

Mahus work there so easy to tell them all your stories. It's helpful to share bbfscip with SW and all kinds of stories & their mahus, they heard it all & won't be shocked or judge you.

Appointments are fast too, walk in only. Not long wait like Diamond Head Clinic. I'd arrange the outcall but give the room number just across the hall so I can view through the door peephole. If the girl does not look attractive or if there is someone accompanying the girl, then I won't open the door. If I like what I see and it looks safe, then I'll quickly open the door and intercept. Another tactic is waiting somewhere near the elevators or hallway before the approximate outcall time to observe any single woman heading towards my room and intercept if she looks good and no one is with her. Another is arranging to meet in a hotel area like a bar with a description of her attire. If you don't like what you see, then disappear. As far as I know, they just do the HIV and Hep C test at Life foundation. I've read here in the past about waiting for hours at Diamond Head but I haven't seen that in person. I've been there 3 times and it was always in and out for me. No lines, no waiting. Walk in, sit down answer some questions, piss in a cup, and leave. I guess I got lucky. Maybe it's a time of day thing, or time of month, or day of the week. For what it's worth I have always gone late in the day (like after 3:30 pm) and always mid week (Tues-Thur.) Many years ago, DHC did full-on HIV testing anonymous and free, so they were always crowded and the wait was for hours; first you had to wait to tell the front lady why you're there, then go back to your seat and wait again for the actual interview with the counselor and test. It was not the home test device (they weren't available back then), it was a blood draw and it got sent out for ELISA and Western-Blot testing as indicated. Now they only do that if your test turns up "reactive". Probably, a lot of people just do the home test themselves and see their doctor if it 'reacts'.

The mahu counselor at WHC was actually quite good, but the girls behind the front windows were the worst; that is why I won't go there. But yeah, no judging from the counselor and it is better if you admit what you do.

That included the quick interview and piss in a cup. Results in 7 to 10 days by text or email. They only test for G and C though, because I am considered "low risk. " I think if you test positive for G or C they will then want to test you for Syphilis. They do ask for photo ID. Personally I have no problem giving it to them. They obviously have to keep everything confidential. Others may want to be more discrete and anonymous. I don't know how you do that. Maybe give them a fake name and tell them you lost your ID? You still need a working email address and/or phone number, because that is how you will get the results.

From there I drove straight to Life Foundation and got there right before their cutoff time of 4 pm. (They close at 5 pm but usually don't test after 4.) Got my HIV and Hep C test. 25 minutes total time from parking my car, to returning to my car. The test takes about 15 to 20 minutes for them to read. Quick finger prick blood test they read right there and give you results. Quick form to fill out and a short verbal interview. They do ask for your name on the form but they don't ask for ID there, so you could use a fake name. I didn't. Free condoms and lube available. The lady at the desk and the Mahu that did the blood test and the interview were nice, courteous and professional.

I recommend both places and will continue going there for my testing.

It was crowded in the waiting room. Some people even had to wait outside. All I remember during the long wait was that I was having an amusing time observing the various people coming and going, especially the females. LOL. So I was kind of having an okay time up until I got called for my testing. Those days they would stick a swab up your dick that hurt like hell for the G & C testing. I recall having to wait at least a week or two before calling in for the HIV result using an ID number assigned to my test.

It's just that Syphilis is just not that common now, so that's why they don't test for it as often. At the free clinics, it is all about funding and budget so they will only test for the most common STIs which are C and G right now. However I guess they figure if you have one of those, the odds of having another STI are greater, so that's why the S test is recommended if you are positive for C or G. You can always get the S test at a regular doctor or paid clinic, or one of those mail order at home testing kits. I suspect even at your own Doc's they'll ask why you want to get it. Seems like you kind of ran into that already in discussing with your doc.

Do you have sex with men, women, or transgender? And Do you use IV drugs? They determine your risk from those questions. I even saw the exact questionaire on the CDC site to determine what tests you should get. Diamond Head gets their info from CDC and gets some funding from CDC.

Like I said earlier, I think the only way you will get additional tests at DH, is to exaggerate your sex life and tell them you have sex with men and / or transgender, and / or use IV drugs. Of course you can always go elsewhere and pay for any test you want, but when dealing with free clinics, it is about budget and funding, so they have to do risk assessment.

As far as syphilis being on the rise, yes it is true, but it is still pretty rare. In Hawaii the syphilis rate in 2011 was 1 in 100,000 people. In 2016 it was 6. 4 per 100,000 people. That is a whopping 640% increase! A huge increase, but still the total number of 6. 4 in 100,000 is really low. Compare that with nearly 500 cases of chlamydia per 100,000, and about 90 cases of gonorrhea per 100,000.

I did find 3 different companies that do mail order tests. You order and pay. They send you a packet. You do your own samples at home (urine, blood, and swabs) and send the samples back to their lab. They give you results in a few days. If anything comes back positive they have counseling and Dr referrals. They have like 5 panel, 10 panel, and 14 panel tests. That might be the best way to get complete testing anonymously, for those who don't want to go to a lab or doctor locally.

Just wondering if anyone has picked up an STD from BBBJ in the AMPs around here. Not trying to get personal but trying to figure out what the risk really is. Some of the providers talked to said they get tested every 3 months but they didn't say tested for what. I assumed everything but they might just mean HIV since all of their precautions protect against HIV but not against anything else so they might be HIV negative but positive for a bunch of other stuff. I found a website that says Honolulu has 551 cases of Clamydia per 100,000 so that boils down to 5. 5 per 1000. Figuring out how most of that 100,000 is low risk and that the providers are working in a higher risk group out of that larger group (their partners have more contacts, etc) and the fact that they might do more than 1000 customers in 3 months it seems like the chances of them getting C and passing it on are pretty good. I also keep wondering if the provider did test positive if she would call all her BB customers to let them know they should test themselves too.

If you do BB anything and did or did not get an STD you can PM me if you don't want to post then later on I'll post how many "got one" and "no got one" messages I get. If a lot more "no got one" then the risk is probably lower.

Figuring out how most of that 100,000 is low risk and that the providers are working in a higher risk group out of that larger group (their partners have more contacts, etc) and the fact that they might do more than 1000 customers in 3 months it seems like the chances of them getting C and passing it on are pretty good. I also keep wondering if the provider did test positive if she would call all her BB customers to let them know they should test themselves too.

I've had many, many BBBJs at the AMPs here and caught something only once. Caught a case of Chlamydia about four years ago from a Thai hottie from Seattle who was briefly visiting at the old Sunflower in the CC. Quick diagnosis and easy fix at DHC consisted of two pills, and I was good to go after two days. For those unaware, Chlamydia will cause a strange feeling when you pee. You will know when you feel it. But not nearly as painful as the burning sensation of Gonorrhea when you pee.

Although chlamydia can cause symptoms, reputable medical websites repeatedly state "Most people who have chlamydia have no symptoms," "Chlamydia doesn't usually cause any symptoms, so you may not realize that you have it," "Most people who have chlamydia don't show any symptoms," etc. Thus, most of the mongers who have chlamydia probably don't know it and therefore wouldn't self-report having been infected with it.

In fact the rate of diagnosed throat cancer (HPV) in men has skyrocketed because of all the men going down on women who don't know they have HPV and vice versa. If you really don't want to risk ANYTHING just wrap it up.

This totally unscientific study has produced exactly 2 "got one" reports. The Clamydia report below and one PM who reported HPV worts. You would think that the providers would let their regulars know if they tested positive in their regular testing routine, but maybe they would be afraid it would scare away business. For me, I would want them to call and would have more confidence in them after that.

Years ago, because a stupid ex chunt of a gf didn't trust me, I got tested at diamond head clinic. Lets just say it was a tramatic experience. Nurse stuck a huge q-tip in my pee pee hole, one of the worst pain I ever felt in my life. I aint never going to do that test again. At least not that method.

Any tests for anything-everything that DOESN'T hurt? If so, can it be done anonymously and where?

The regular sized ones are made for the Japan market and were too small. They would just not roll on. I ended up giving the rest away to a mongerer friend who said they worked great on a trip to Happiness with Rebecca. They make a large version now but never tried as I got a BB thing going on now with a GF.
