Washington State does have a law
I have only heard of one case where the cops use this law against guys. The cops arrested this one guy in Las Vegas during a sting for simply stopping for a decoy on Cops tv show.
I have been stopped by the cops on several occasions for simply talking to a SW. The cops threatened to arrest me, but let me go. The impound law has been overturned in California. So the cops may start using the loitering with intent to solicit as another tool. I have become much more cautious and only stop for SW's that interest me.

Hargow, I am well aware of the intent to soliciate law. I've posted it several times myself. But it doesn't concern me. I will go through it point by point:
a) I am not a known panderer
b) I don't "repeatedly" stop or attempt to stop passersby
c) I don't enquire if a potential prostitution is a cop, nor do I search her for items a cop would have on them.
d) I don't ask a potential prostitute to expose themselves to me.
Basically the intent to soliciate law is used to facilitate an arrest where a John approaches a police decoy. Even if he doesn't ask her how much for sex, his actions like asking her if she is a cop is reason to arrest him. Driving through an area and having a girl get in your car doesn't fit the above parameters.

It sounds like you went there on a weekday. The Hostess Stroll is kind of dead during the week, though you will find women late at night. Most of the time the action is a couple of blocks away in the Denny Park area. Also, most good looking hookers only last a few minutes at most before someone snags them. There is action further up Aurora. The first place to look (though sporadic) is the pedestrian overpass before you hit the bridge. This is called the 'hoverpass. There is action around the fleabag motels on the Fremont portion of Aurora, but my experience is these girls are not that great. Watch out for a very thin SW named Christina in this area, she looks good from a distance but up close I assure you that she's not what you want. If you happen to get her in the car, she'll whine like a 3 year-old if you tell her you're not interested. Other girls around that area have also told me that she's a grab-and-dash with your money. So to answer your question, all the way to N.145th St. And basically hit or miss these days. Your best best is Denny Park or Pacific Highway during the day on the weekends.

The reason one is illegal and the other is not is because the American people want it that way. You'd think in a city like San Francisco where the gay population is huge and they are always complaining that what two consenting adults do with each other should be their own business would have legalized prostitution. Yet there were a lot of gay groups who went on record as being against it. In arguably the most liberal city in the country with the most gays, they voted the proposition down by a huge 60 to 40 margin.
That is very telling. If prostitution can't be decriminalized in San Francisco (and not even close) forget about it ever being legal elsewhere.

Legally purchase "Throw Away" DEBIT CARD almost anywhere with a legal "Throw Away" CELL PHONE.
BOTH LEGAL meeting the criteria and a minimal expese to operate your business on Craigs but likely more annoying and expensive for most spammers to utilize. But cheap for independents as are the craigs listing fees.

Now CL is collecting $5 on ads they were getting nothing for at all. There are significantly fewer free adverts since the new rules went into effect. Less drain on bandwidth, database resources, etc. CL wins on that one.
There's some debate on how effective "throw away" debit/credit cards are. Information verification occurs.
Throw away cells are cool but when a SW tosses one, all her d-boys and customers lose her number. Very annoying.
My understanding is thatthere is a loophole in the agreement:
The new rules do not apply to personal adverts. we'll see what happens with those.

I am coming to Seattle in the next couple of weeks. I am looking for information on MPs near the airport. Also information on the stroll near the airport. I will have a long lay over, and will have a rental car. However I would like to stay near the airport. I looked on the thread for a map, but could not find one, however will keep digging.

Just to let you know, most of the hotels/motels around the airport charge extra for parking, even for hotel guests. The charge is usually around $12-$18 per day, plus tax. If you're staying for awhile, that can really add up.
If you're just killing time until your next flight, there's plenty of easily accessible info on the Pac Hwy stroll.

Back a long time ago there used to be a guy in a Valley Electric company car that would follow me around on some mornings trying to intimidate me away from the area. What ended his bullying is I posted the problem here and said I was gonna say which Electric Contractor and magically never got bothered again. This was 6 or 7 years ago.
If you sit and watch during the day you will see all kinds of guys in Company vehicles trying to pick up girls. I personally wouldn't want to lose my Job over cruising.
The best one I ever spotted was this guy in a Seattle Times Semi picking up a girl in Denny Park with people watching. As many of you know The Seattle Times Distribution center is just a couple blocks away from the Track. This was also 6-7 years ago
