My buddy said this doctor is pretty good for men's health. But we were talking about Testosterone for my injury. I've recovered already from that injury. I guess I hope he's good to prescribe something. What about the good ol India V and C? LOL.
Well I suppose it's to be expected but still not accepted. Any path that fellow travelers over the age of 70 have found that help in getting Jr to wake up I would appreciate if you could share. 100 mg of pharmacy bought viagra didn't do the trick (helped a bit but not enough to do the deed on anything but a real loose recepticle. Have any of old age gang who have experienced similar have any advice?

Have any of old age gang who have experienced similar have any advice?
Here's a procedure that might be worth a try.
(1) Increase pre-session excitement by watching whatever type of porn you most enjoy.
(2) Choose a woman who's patient, relaxed, and understanding about old age.
(3) Take your Viagra or Levitra on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, and make sure it's had adequate time to become its most effective.
(4) If the woman's pussy is too tight, lubricate it and gently and gradually expand it with one or more fingers.
(5) Have the woman make your penis as erect as possible (which of course may not be completely erect) with a vigorous lubed HJ, a strong-suction BJ, or a combination of both. Related activity (such as kissing, sexy talk, and having her tickle under and behind the balls) may be helpful.
(6) Take a circular, elastic, fabric-covered hair tie, lubricate it, and twist and fold it to make a circle that fits tightly around the base of the penis, which should make whatever blood is inside stay inside. However, limit the restricted blood flow to at most fifteen to twenty minutes.
(7) Hopefully, at this point the penis should be sufficiently erect to accomplish its task.

Going come to one point when nothing going really help, meds-wise. Have spoken to two bruddahs who regretted not doing the implant, surgical route, which requires a trip to one urologist for safest diagnosis, options, etc. Of course, get other alternatives which may suit your personal and price points.
IMO, more better use one medical professional for consultation and reference purposes; after that you can make your own calculated choice. Thailand? I dunno. Good luck.

Excerpt: "Peyronie's disease is a connective tissue disorder involving the growth of fibrous plaques in the soft tissue of the penis. Specifically, scar tissue forms in the tunica albuginea, the thick sheath of tissue surrounding the corpora cavernosa, causing pain, abnormal curvature, erectile dysfunction, indentation, loss of girth and shortening".

I am only 23, but since I started masturbating in my teens without lube and stronger grip I can't get off as well with actual pussy. I don't have ED but if I'm fucking and I don't feel it I guess jr. Gets bored or something, idk. I have rugiet and C, the C I don't really understand. Like am I supposed to take it everyday and just keep going even if I don't plan on getting some, or only on days I do? The rugiet is supposed to be put under your tongue so it goes directly into the bloodstream, but to me it feels like it just melts under there and I just end up swallowing it. As far as I know the only way to recover sensitivity is to just not masturbate or stimulate yourself for however the fuck long it takes. But that sucks.

You've desensitized yourself so now it may take a while to retrain your dick to less aggressive stimulation. At your age you should definitely not be taking ED medication as you run high risk of priapism. Perhaps even should make appointment and see a urologist to discuss these issues.

That should help regain normal sensitivity. If you don't want this problem to happen again you should get a fleshlight or some other pocket pussy. Source: personal experience.
I have ED meds but I don't need them and I don't use them all the time. It's just for me and my friends when we're wasted and actually need the assistance. ED meds actually make it worse when you don't need it. Sensitivity is reduced which is the opposite of what you want.
Another issue is you might be bored, not so much jr being bored. I'm assuming you watch porn while rubbing one out. Porn itself is a problem because it is overstimulating and unrealistic, actual sex is nothing like that so it could be that you're losing interest if the girl isn't a pornstar fuck machine and you end up going soft.
As for waking up junior, I use muira puama, cistanche tribulosa, tonkat ali, ashwaganda, shilajit, L-Arginine, BCAA, and niacin.
It gives me the morning wood. I'm over70 yo.
Just saw two therapists in 5 hrs without V or C.

I take an all in one capsules that have distance, tongkat ali, fadogia sgrestis, ashwaganda, and turkey trone. This is taken with the other supplements mentioned.
Sometimes I overdose with some additional supplements like BCAA, and HMB.
I haven't had any side effects from taking too much.

I know the stats on this but I wanted to get your guys' personal experience. I'm worried about catching herpes from a BBBJ. This is one of the main things that keeps me with the Thai MT HJ providers, but I'd really prefer BJ and FS. But the BBBJ worries me. How much does the table shower mouthwash help? I wouldn't worry about BBBJ from a regular girl but AMP providers are so much higher volume that I'm concerned.
What do you guys think? No worries just go for it?
I wouldn't worry about BBBJ from a regular girl but AMP providers are so much higher volume that I'm concerned.
Might want to reconsider your sharp distinction between a BBBJ from an "AMP provider," for which you're "concerned" about catching herpes, and a "BBBJ from a regular girl," for which you "wouldn't worry" about catching herpes. A well-known report of the National Center for Health Statistics (issued in 2018 and based on data from 2015-2016), states that 50.9 percent of females in the USA between the ages of 14 and 49 were infected with Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1. This infection rate was among females in general, not limited to AMP providers or other providers. The same study found that 15.9 percent of females in the USA in that wide age range were infected with Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2. Again, this infection rate was among females in general, not limited to AMP providers or other providers. The report said that both types of these infections would be "lifelong". So even among females in general within that broad age range, the infection rate for HSV-1 was more than 1 in 2 females, and the infection rate for HSV-2 was almost 1 in 6 females.
Has anyone tried peptide PT-141? Wondering what your results were and how long does one dose last? All testimonials that I've found were from people selling it and not an unbiased opinion.

I tried PT-141 for a few months about 10 years ago. It only gave me occasional, random, sporadic hard-ons and usually not when I cared for one. For example, I would be watching a baseball game, and all of a sudden, I would get a hard-on--just like that! That's what it does to you. Weird! I wouldn't waste time with this product.
Is there a max dosage of Viagra that I should not exceed? Years ago before Covid I could take 50 mg and that was enough. Now 100 mg doesn't sustain the erection, so upped it to 150 mg and this is better with no ejaculation and stored cum for a week I’m able to last the session at the AMP. Maybe, it's time to see a Urologist?

Just like you, I have to not cum in a week and I'll be good to go when I get into the room. I noticed since I gained plenty of weight that my ED was prominent. Cleaning up my diet and hitting the gym to lose 20 lbs helped a lot performance wise. I can take 25 mg now and not be super hard, but it still does the job!

Or just don't worry about it and keep yourself clean and hygenic.
When I quickly looked for studies on HSV infection rates among female providers, those that I found were distinguishable because they applied to foreign countries or also included male and transgender providers. However, you and anyone else on the forum are welcome to research that topic. I wouldn't be surprised if the female provider rates in the USA were higher than for females in general, but my point in my original post was that even if a guy just receives BBBJs from females in general, a significant percentage of them would already be infected with HSV.
Unfortunately, to just "look at their lips" and see if "they look okay" wouldn't provide complete protection. "Both HSV-1 and HSV-2 are most contagious when sores are present but can also be transmitted when no symptoms are felt or visible" (World Health Organization, Herpes Simplex Virus Fact Sheet). Also, even if there are some oral sores, they can occur inside the mouth on the "tongue, roof of the mouth, or the gums" (Cedars-Sinai medical center webpage on Herpes Simplex Virus Mouth Infection). So, especially in a dimly lit area, a guy might have to use a flashlight on a wide-open mouth to see inside-the-mouth sores. How romantic!
I would think that the extent to which a guy would worry about HSV infection from providers or non-providers would depend on individual personal factors, such as if he was married to a woman without HSV and absolutely wanted to avoid infecting her, and his level of risk aversion.
I take the generic of Viagra 20 mg. It was working and my solid cock stayed that way after I would shoot my load with a condom in that pussy. Now, I can't even get hard. I take the 20 mg pill at the beginning of the session and 20 minutes in and time to get a BBBJ HJ and especially fuck time I don't get hard. Should I ask my doctor if I can take more?

Another idea may be to take the V in advance of the session, rather than "at the beginning of the session". Personally, I've found the beneficial effects of V for me are usually maximized at about one hour after I take it (on an empty stomach), and then usually stay maximized for about another hour. The viagra.com website states that V "usually starts to work within 30-60 minutes," so if a guy is taking it only "20 minutes" before sexual activity, that might not be the best timing for him to maximize its effectiveness.

If the meds no work, check with one urologist for options. As previously mentioned, you may need to consider one penile (expensive) implant (unless you plan to go overseas for the procedure). Go see one specialist. Good luck.
Yep. I'm married and I keep this hobby to myself. It would be impossible to explain how I suddenly have HSV to my lady. Hence my wariness of bare play. As much as I would like it, its just not worth it. I think as another gentleman said, getting used to some ultra thin condoms would be good. I've never liked CBJ. I just can't feel much. But, that said I've never tried the kine he mentioned. Mahalo for sharing your research. Stay safe gentlemen.

I'm usually soft when laying face down for the massage, hoping that the therapist will tease me up before the flip. Usually works wonders everytime for me if they are experienced.
After the flip, if I'm still soft, really depending on her magic hands to make it work. Doesn't matter if she's young, old or fugugly, it's the sensual hands technique.
Just rubbing the shaft is not a good HJ. Must include some skills on the helmet where most of the sensitive area is. This is where I ask for a BJ. Rejected most of the time unless FS is on the menu. If no FS then I go for the pussy play. If that happens, I pay alittle extra without any negotiations.
At this time I won't pay $200 for a massage and HJ. AMPs and SPAS charge $200+, no massage and a short time for FS.
Only 1 time that no completion on a HJ from a pretty therapist with no touch, no skills or technique, bad attitude. It happens.
FME.
I take the generic of Viagra 20 mg.
One point that I neglected to mention in my original reply is that if Viagra (sildenafil) is the only ED medication that you've used so far, you also might want to try others such as Levitra (vardenafil) and Cialis (tadalafil). Years ago, I did some research and found reports on other internet forums where some guys were saying that one type of med worked well for them while another didn't.

Using it immediately prior to an AMP visit may or may not work. In my experience, I sometimes didn't get hard until maybe 8 hours after injecting this stuff. It's a hit and miss. That's why I stopped using it. Good luck and let us know how it works for you.

This stuff is guaranteed to get you as hard as a Louisville slugger for 1-4 hours--depending on prescribed dosage. I used to order it from Universal Men's Clinic, but it was getting a bit expensive with weekly AMP visits, so I stopped using it. As far as I know, the only possible negative side effect is peyronie's disease (some potential curvature of jr), but it seems to be a better alternative than going thru the process of getting an implant.
